As the Managing Director of Modern Leaders, Duncan partners Excos, Boards and SLT’s to maximise the performance of their senior leadership group. He leads a global faculty of Masters and Doctorate-qualified C-suite coaches serving a client base across EMEA, US and APAC.
Following his first career as FD and chartered accountant, he has spent the last 15 years in executive development. He holds a MSc in Team & Executive Coaching (Ashridge), Board Dynamics certifications from Henley & IoD and the APECS Executive Coach accreditation.
